The HSE (Health; Safety and Environment Policy) focus has led to the prevention of work related diseases, injuries, reduction in absenteeism and ultimately to improvement in productivity levels.
We want to establish an interdependent safety culture from the present Dependent Safety culture where the safety of the employee at the site is taken care of not just by the individual himself but also by all other employees in the vicinity.
