Medium Density Fibre (MDF) Board
MDF is a panel product manufactured from lignocelluloses fibers combined with resin.
The specific gravity varies from 0.5 to 0.88. MDF has a homogeneous structure with
no identifiable grain or no variations in surface hardness. It can easily be edge-machined
to into many different profiles ready for subsequent direct finishing due to its
relatively uniform thickness density profile. MDF has a good capacity to hold screws
and nails on surfaces and edges.
VIR MDF Board
- VIR MDF Board will be available in 4 ft. by 8 ft. size with interior, exterior and
HMR (High Moisture Resistance) grade.
- Available Thickness : 6mm, 7.5mm, 7.8mm, 8mm, 9mm, 11mm, 12mm, 16mm, 16.7mm, 18mm,
25mm.
