Manufacturing process
Base paper and overlay tissue is impregnated with Melamine Formaldehyde resin in 2- zone drier Machine and are stored in A/c room under controlled climatic condition. Overlay tissue, Base paper and Krafts are taken in assembly section for making laminate assembly. These assemblies are then put into individual daylights of multi daylight hydraulic press with the help of loading unloading system.

The raw laminated sheet is then trimmed by means of circular saw. Its back side is roughened by putting it in sanding machine. These sheets are then taken for inspection and gradation is done. It is then segregated and wrapping and packing is done on individual sheet. These sheets are then ready for dispatch. It is put into warehouse from where it goes to customer.
